Junction Support Services provides support to communities across regional Victoria and is committed to social change. The support Junction provides is inclusive of specialised and practical support services to assist people to access community, welfare, health and education services. Junction provides a range of case management and therapeutic services to support children, young people, single adults and families to achieve their full potential and a brighter future. Junction provides holistic and integrated service responses across the lifespan through advocacy, assertive outreach, case management and therapeutic counselling services. We work in the sectors of Out of Home Care, Youth, prevention of Youth Justice, Victims of Crime, Homelessness, Family Violence, Education Engagement, Counselling, the NDIS, Family Services, Research and Development and Community Development. Junction has created a community youth space and a social enterprise café (Close Collective) where young people learn and work. Our programs support people to reach their full potential and contribute to our vision of communities without disadvantage
